How is the mattress shipped, and what is the delivery process?
Our mattress is shipped compressed in a box via FedEx or UPS for your convenience. The delivery process is straightforward, and you'll receive instructions to set up your new mattress with ease.
The mattress does not respond when the remote is used. The remote does not work.
First, ensure that the power cord is plugged into a working electrical outlet. If unsure, unplug the power cord, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Press any button on the remote control to check if the mattress responds. Verify the functionality of the control box. Ensure it is correctly connected to the power supply unit by checking if the LED light illuminates when the power cord is plugged in or when the power switch is on. Double-check that all cables are correctly connected both to the control box and the mattress. Examine the batteries in the remote control. If they are depleted, replace them with new ones, following the markings in the battery compartment. For a more thorough reset, remove the batteries, leave them out for 30 seconds, and then reinsert them into the remote control. To eliminate potential battery corrosion, use a coin or key to gently scratch the terminals inside the remote's battery compartment. Test the surge protection device or electrical outlet by plugging in another working appliance to confirm it is not defective.
Mattress function has minor interference during operation.
Check the batteries in the remote control and replace them with fresh ones if needed. When using the remote, press the buttons firmly and accurately to ensure they register. If the remote control encounters common radio frequency interference from other transmitting devices, wait briefly and then try pressing the buttons again.
Massage suddenly turns off.
The massage function is designed to automatically turn off after 15 minutes of operation for safety. It will resume operation after 30 minutes.
Cannot play music using Bluetooth connection.
Ensure that the Bluetooth settings on your device are enabled. Set the input source on the mattress control box to Bluetooth. Confirm that your Bluetooth device is properly paired with the mattress by selecting "Beyond Sleep" from the list of discovered devices. Verify that neither your Bluetooth device nor the mattress is actively connected to another device. Try turning both devices off and then back on. A soft reset can resolve connection issues. Delete the mattress's Bluetooth name from your list of devices and rediscover it. Starting from scratch may help with data transfer problems. Keep both devices in close proximity to each other. The recommended distance between them is 10 meters or less.
Cannot play music from an SD card.
Ensure the SD card is in good working order and not damaged or corrupted. Verify that the SD card contains audio files supported by the control box, such as MP3 and WAV. Examine the SD card's metal contacts for grime, dirt, or damage that could affect performance. Ensure the metal surface is clean and undamaged. Confirm that the card is properly inserted into the card slot.
Cannot play music from external audio sources.
Check that all cables are correctly connected both to the control box and the mattress.
Inspect the cables for functionality and damage to ensure they are in good condition.
